💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare to maintain and repair heavy equipment for the newest fleet in the industry. Your work powers contractor success through real-time tech and diagnostic tools. You'll enjoy year-round OEM training and a people-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create and monitor work orders and diagnose issues
• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed
• Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass drug screen

• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
