You'll serve as the face of Clutch at our first retail location, ensuring exceptional customer experiences from vehicle pickup to sale. You'll drive satisfaction through problem resolution and quality inspections while shaping Canada's online car-buying revolution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Address customer needs and resolve issues at every touchpoint
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical quality
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain detailed notes
• Assist team members with various tasks as needed

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum G2 Driver's License valid in Ontario
• Clean driver's abstract with no major infractions
• Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese

✨ Nice to Have

• Valid OMVIC License
• Passion for cars and automotive industry
• Experience with warranty products
