💼 About This Role

You'll define and drive Webflow's end-to-end deployment strategy, owning the systems that enable engineering velocity at scale. You'll reduce cycle time and increase reliability for a remote-first company building the world's leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform. This is a high-impact role with ownership of progressive delivery and developer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive end-to-end deployment strategy
• Own and evolve GitOps-based deployment platform
• Design progressive delivery mechanisms (canary, blue/green)
• Build internal tooling to improve testing and deployment workflows

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps, and ArgoCD/Argo Rollouts
• Experience scaling CI/CD systems for large engineering organizations
• Strong track record improving developer velocity and system reliability

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Pulumi or Terraform
• Knowledge of progressive delivery techniques
• Familiarity with AI-driven developer tooling
