Description

As an Analyst, Demand Planning, you'll analyze sales data and trends to create demand plans, manage inventory levels, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product supply meets consumer demand. You'll support supply chain analytics, participate in monthly S&OP functions, and identify shortages or excess inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years experience in inventory control and planning
• Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and forecasting systems
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Analyzing sales data and trends to create demand plans
• Managing escalation of demand plan changes inside lead time
• Ensuring new product launch demand is supported by comparative data
• Managing inventory levels to meet corporate goals
