You'll build backend platform services and infrastructure at the intersection of backend engineering, DevOps, and developer enablement. Your work will enable fast, reliable delivery for a fast-growing fintech company. You'll own Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and observability systems that power products used by millions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain backend platform services and features
• Develop internal libraries and tooling using Go and Python
• Provision and optimize cloud infrastructure for reliability and scalability
• Deploy and manage microservices in Kubernetes environments

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of backend software engineering experience
• 2+ years of platform, infrastructure, or DevOps experience
• Strong experience with Go and/or Python
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud-native architectures

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PKI, encryption, mTLS, or security-focused infrastructure
• Familiarity with GitOps tools like Flux or ArgoCD
• Exposure to compliance-focused systems (PCI, SOC 2, ISO)
