Description

In this remote role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions, helping to close the gender health gap. You'll have dedicated time to listen and personalize care, supported by a collaborative clinical team and expert-developed protocols.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• National board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMRs

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based care for women in midlife transitions
• Conduct telehealth appointments with focused time to listen and educate
• Implement clinical pathways including hormonal therapy and lifestyle coaching
• Order labs, prescriptions, and referrals as needed
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders
