  • Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and recruiting effectiveness.

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in hyper-growth tech companies.
  • Experience working in a global environment with international teams.
  • Proven track record hiring across diverse roles including technical positions.
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting technologies.
