  • 2+ years in fast-paced operations or customer service
  • 2+ years direct people management experience
  • 2+ years using data and metrics for improvements
  • Experience in LEAN practices

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior healthcare or insurance experience
  • Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office
