- 2+ years in fast-paced operations or customer service
- 2+ years direct people management experience
- 2+ years using data and metrics for improvements
- Experience in LEAN practices

- Bachelor's degree
- Prior healthcare or insurance experience
- Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office
