You'll solve latency and inference optimization challenges at 80M+ daily tokens, shipping production code that impacts millions of users. This role offers nuanced engineering in the uncensored space, building sophisticated moderation systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship production code in Python/PyTorch daily
• Optimize context windows, memory/RAG retrieval, and inference latency
• Drive SFT and RLHF/DPO alignment strategies
• Design custom classifiers for nuanced content moderation

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience with ML/LLM features at scale
• Proficient in Python and PyTorch
• Experienced with LLM stack (vLLM, HuggingFace, fine-tuning pipelines)
• Comfortable working with NSFW content and moderation
