You'll lead crafting brand voice and storytelling across organic channels for a fast-scaling consumer brand. You'll shape how millions of users experience trust and engagement through emotionally resonant messaging in CRM, email, and social.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Overhaul CRM, email, SMS, and in-app messaging to value-driven storytelling
• Define and evolve brand tone of voice across organic surfaces
• Translate complex topics (insurance, maintenance) into clear, human copy
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in creative marketing with focus on organic growth and copywriting
• Proven expertise in consumer-facing brand copy for CRM, lifecycle, and social
• Exceptional copywriting ability with strong storytelling portfolio
• Ability to translate complex subjects into simple, engaging communication
