💼 About This Role

You'll architect and optimize large-scale Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace solutions for enterprise clients. You'll serve as the final escalation point for critical incidents and lead autopilot migrations and cloud PC deployments. This role offers generous on-call compensation and mentoring opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and deploy M365 solutions for 5,000–150,000+ seats.
• Resolve critical production incidents involving Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID.
• Design Conditional Access policies and Intune configuration profiles.
• Lead Autopilot migrations and Windows 365 Cloud PC deployments.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft endpoint and cloud identity management.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Autopilot.
• Advanced PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API scripting skills.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102, SC-300).

• Experience with Teams Phone / Direct Routing.
• Expertise in Defender for Endpoint advanced hunting.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online migrations and sensitivity labels.
