💼 About This Role

You'll support day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce CRM environment within the Revenue Operations function. Your work ensures GTM teams have clean data and reliable processes. This role offers exposure to integrations with marketing automation and ERP tools while scaling with a global company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings
• Build flows, validation rules, fields, page layouts, and record types
• Support lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close workflow configuration
• Triage and resolve Salesforce support requests from GTM teams

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of Salesforce administration or CRM support experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required or in progress
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and declarative automation
• Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to data quality

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting B2B SaaS or subscription revenue business
• Familiarity with GTM processes like lead management and opportunity stages
• Experience with tools integrating with Salesforce (HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach)
