💼 About This Role

You'll develop, monitor, and coordinate the WelbeHealth Activities Program for participants in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Your core impact is creating personalized activity plans that meet social and therapeutic recreational needs. This role offers the chance to design programs from scratch in a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct Engagement assessments to establish participant social and therapeutic needs
• Develop comprehensive Engagement Programs including individual and group activities
• Implement and supervise all activities for enjoyment, appropriateness, and safety
• Maintain relationships with outside organizations for program resources

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or Activity Professional Certification required
• Two years of experience in a social recreational or educational program within past five years
• One year full-time in an activities program in a health care or mental health setting working with frail elderly
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
