Description

You will commission new ventilation and HVAC equipment, repair and troubleshoot existing systems, and develop preventive maintenance programs for customers. This role requires heavy overnight travel during the first year for training.

Requirements

• Heavy overnight travel during first year for training
• HVAC/HVAC-R skill set
• Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read commercial wiring schematics
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
• Ability to work in outside conditions and tight spaces, and use ladders for roof access

Responsibilities

• Commission new ventilation and HVAC equipment
• Repair, replace, and troubleshoot existing HVAC equipment
• Develop and maintain service schedule
• Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for customers
