You'll own end-to-end CRM campaigns for sports ticketing company SeatGeek, partnering cross-functionally to optimize lifecycle programs. You'll drive retention messaging across email, push, and SMS to enhance fan experiences. Experiment with multi-channel campaigns and analyze A/B test results to inform strategy.

- Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and analysis for sports CRM campaigns
- Partner cross-functionally to develop and scale lifecycle programs
- Design and execute A/B tests across channels
- Manage and maintain the CRM calendar
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years experience CRM, Email, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Iterable, Braze, Simon Data
- Experience with A/B testing and analyzing results
- Strong project management and organizational skills
