You'll own end-to-end CRM campaigns for sports ticketing company SeatGeek, partnering cross-functionally to optimize lifecycle programs. You'll drive retention messaging across email, push, and SMS to enhance fan experiences. Experiment with multi-channel campaigns and analyze A/B test results to inform strategy.

  • Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and analysis for sports CRM campaigns
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop and scale lifecycle programs
  • Design and execute A/B tests across channels
  • Manage and maintain the CRM calendar

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years experience CRM, Email, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like Iterable, Braze, Simon Data
  • Experience with A/B testing and analyzing results
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
