🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide guest consultations and all menu services.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals and key metrics.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.
• Grow skills through ongoing training and coaching.
• Support training of Assistant Colorists.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in state of application.
• 1+ year of colorist experience behind the chair.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
