💼 About This Role

You'll lead the technical design and integration of Sigma's entire GTM ecosystem, owning the architecture of the revenue engine. You'll define the strategy for signal-based routing and automation that powers every stage of revenue motion. This role reports directly to the VP of Revenue Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain end-to-end GTM system architecture.
• Architect signal-based lead routing and territory management.
• Own Salesforce instance, designing custom objects and flows.
• Evaluate and evolve enrichment and orchestration tooling.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in GTM Systems or Revenue Architecture.
• Deep Salesforce expertise (Admin/Architect level).
• Experience with enrichment workflows (Clay or similar).
• Hands-on LLM-powered automation in production GTM context.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LeanData, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
• Active involvement in RevOps community (writing/speaking).
• Mentoring or leading technical ops professionals.
