💼 About This Role

You'll own Vapi's EMEA marketing from the ground up, building awareness and demand for our voice AI platform. You'll embed with local sales, activate developer communities, and create regional content. This is a founding regional marketing role with the chance to shape a developer-led category in a market that can't be copy-pasted from the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build pipeline and community partnerships across EMEA markets
• Launch event presence at regional developer meetups and conferences
• Activate influencer and creator partnerships for localized content
• Report on EMEA marketing KPIs and deliver 6-month roadmap

📋 Requirements

• EMEA marketing experience at a developer tools or AI company
• Track record of building from scratch in a nascent category
• Deep understanding of developer communities and PLG motions
• Ability to work across time zones with strong async communication

• Experience in conversational AI, contact center, or developer infrastructure
• Existing network in EMEA AI/ML or voice/telephony space
