Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
• Experience or training in trach and vent care preferred
• Ability to work weekend shifts: Fri 8a-7p, Sat/Sun 7a-3p
• Reliable transportation for home visits

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to a pediatric trach/trach-vent client
• Perform trach care and ventilator management
• Monitor client condition and respond to changes
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Document care electronically using Statewise
