💼 About This Role

You'll own Klaviyo's growth engine and lead the strategy to acquire customers at scale. You'll build an AI-first experimentation culture and shape the integrated growth plan across channels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own sign-up volume, new logo acquisition, and Growth ARR.
• Build an experimentation engine with continuous test-and-learn cadence.
• Identify and build new demand sources via partnerships and integrations.
• Lead growth team as an AI-first organization.
• Shape the integrated growth plan synthesizing cross-channel insights.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
• 5+ years leading senior, cross-functional teams.
• Deep SaaS background ideally in a PLG or hybrid environment.
• Fluent across channel mix including paid media, SEO/AEO, lifecycle, web.
