You'll own full-cycle recruiting for a fintech company in a temporary 6-month role. You'll source top talent and provide a best-in-class candidate experience. This role requires onsite presence in Fort Lee, NJ four days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting process
• Source and engage active/passive candidates via LinkedIn, Stack Overflow
• Create dynamic sourcing strategies for tech roles
• Partner with hiring managers to develop selection criteria

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating/modifying sourcing and interviewing processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Fintech or banking experience
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
