You'll lead and scale high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment, driving complex multi-stream initiatives from strategy to execution. You'll help Matomo prove that privacy-first, open-source technology can compete and win through execution excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale a team of 14 engineers (Full Stack and QA).
• Drive multi-stream initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Manage performance, expectations, and delivery standards.
• Strengthen infrastructure scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Adopt modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted coding.

📋 Requirements

• Software engineering and infrastructure leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading high-performance engineering teams in competitive tech environments.
• Experience with modern delivery practices and tooling.
• Ability to set ambitious goals and manage performance directly.
