🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead interior design for hospitality projects from concept to construction administration
• Develop design concepts, 3D models, and client presentations
• Manage FF&E specifications, selection, and procurement coordination
• Review shop drawings and material samples for design intent
• Mentor junior team members

📋 Requirements

• Certified, registered, or licensed Interior Designer preferred
• 8+ years of professional interior design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating hospitality design work
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DesignSpec software
• Proficiency in Enscape and Lumion for visualization
• Working knowledge of building codes
