💼 About This Role

You'll shape and execute enterprise growth strategies for the Intelligence Community, leveraging insights and emerging technologies to capture high-impact opportunities. You'll partner with Operations, Capture, and Solution teams to drive measurable growth. This role offers the chance to expand MetroStar's footprint across the IC market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Intelligence community
• Establish relationships with GS-13+ levels across the government
• Participate in industry groups and conferences to promote solutions
• Participate in responses to RFPs and RFIs
• Provide weekly reporting and analysis of the business development pipeline

📋 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
• Established executive-level relationships across DIA, NGA, NRO
• Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies for high-value opportunities
• Track record of capturing and closing complex deals exceeding $50M
