🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle collection calls and correspondence with customers
• Evaluate and execute bond and lien rights at account level
• Reconcile customer disputes regarding outstanding balances
• Supervise credit/collections personnel and oversee procedures

📋 Requirements

• 6 years of experience in collections
• 2 years in a supervisory position
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Associate's degree in Accounting or relevant field
• NACM CBA, CBF or CCE certification
• Experience in equipment rental industry
