💼 About This Role

You'll lead alpha/beta/GA programs and own the launch calendar for product groups at OpenAI. Your work will directly shape how advanced AI models are brought to market through streamlined operations and cross-functional coordination.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Stand up and operate alpha/beta/GA programs with clear entry/exit criteria
• Own the launch calendar and readiness cadence for a product group
• Build systems to capture, triage, and synthesize user feedback
• Lead coordination for high-impact moments like Dev Day demos and rollout waves

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Operations experience at scaling tech companies
• Experience with agentic AI tools like Codex
• Ability to build systems/tools via code/no-code/AI
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills with Product, Engineering, and XFN partners

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenAI APIs and tools
• Programming skills in Python or JavaScript
• Familiarity with Airtable, Retool, or Zapier
