You'll design and deliver learning experiences for both human teams and AI systems, enabling effective sales and support operations. You'll own the full content lifecycle, from gathering requirements to creating structured materials that improve decision-making. This role blends instructional design with AI training and offers the chance to shape how knowledge flows across a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather information from SMEs to uncover implicit knowledge and edge cases.
• Design and provision new-hire onboarding and role-specific learning experiences.
• Translate business logic and workflows into formats optimized for AI comprehension.
• Maintain and regularly update training materials based on product changes.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in adult learning, training, or development.
• Experience building and launching training initiatives in RevOps or Operations.
• Designing content from scratch and iterating on existing materials.
• Experience working with AI agents or chatbots and knowledge automation systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Jira, Postman, Salesforce, and LMS systems.
• Automotive industry experience or knowledge of dealership business models.
