💼 About This Role

You'll provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, assisting with daily activities and helping them build life skills. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference while working with a collaborative, mission-driven team. You'll receive comprehensive training and support to empower neurodiverse individuals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with daily household chores and meal preparation.
• Support recreational, learning, and physical fitness activities.
• Provide input on program planning and implementation.
• Transport individuals to community activities using company or personal vehicle.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver's license and auto insurance with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience using Therap a plus.
