Description

You will lead IT operations and network infrastructure for Lyft's Nashville autonomous vehicle depot, ensuring reliable uptime and serving as the senior escalation point for end user support while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years IT support or IT operations experience
• 1-2 years in a senior or lead capacity
• Hands-on expertise in network infrastructure configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience with Apple MDM tools (JAMF preferred) and Windows administration
• Experience with ITIL-based service desk platforms and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Manage site network infrastructure including switches, routers, WiFi, firewalls, and VPN
• Provide hands-on end user support for Apple, Windows, and Chrome OS devices
• Serve as escalation point for critical IT issues and incident response
• Mentor junior IT support team members
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and documentation
