Description

You will lead analytics for go-to-market and servicing motions, building a unified customer view across marketing, sales, product, and servicing. Your work will directly inform growth and retention strategies by measuring campaign impact, optimizing funnels, and providing actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis with impact on marketing, GTM, or customer experience
• 4+ years of domain experience in insurance industry
• Expert SQL skills including complex query design and data modeling
• Programming skills in Python or R

Responsibilities

• Build a unified 360 view of customers and brokers across marketing, sales, and servicing touchpoints
• Lead cross-functional analytics projects using advanced SQL and data modeling
• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency, revenue, and retention
• Map end-to-end customer and broker journey to identify gaps and propose solutions
• Design data models, dashboards, and metrics supporting GTM, customer success, and lifecycle marketing
