💼 About This Role

You'll lead partner implementation success and certification programs at Pigment, an AI-powered business planning platform. You'll manage partner performance, ramp, and training to ensure long-term partner success. This role offers the chance to work with a fast-growing SaaS company trusted by industry leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of partners, overseeing their ramp, performance, and long-term success.
• Organize and support internal training for partners on Pigment's platform.
• Monitor partner implementation progress and report internally.
• Run the consultant certification program, including training, assessments, and certifications.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, or implementation.
• Strong technical background with EPM or related product implementation experience.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
• Experience managing multiple priorities independently.

• Experience with EPM implementations involving a team of partners.
