You'll lead Carta's Communications team, shaping the company's public narrative as the infrastructure powering private markets. You'll drive strategic PR to elevate Carta's global presence and manage internal communications. This role builds trust and brand equity at a high-growth fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-create and drive strategic communications to elevate global market presence
• Develop and execute PR strategies amplifying Carta's position as ERP for private capital
• Manage internal communications in partnership with People team and key stakeholders
• Lead integrated PR campaigns highlighting business momentum and product developments
• Cultivate relationships with business, finance, tech, and policy press

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in strategic communications or PR
• Experience leading communications for a technology or financial services company
• Proven track record of managing global PR agencies and campaigns
• Strong understanding of private markets, venture capital, and fintech
