- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to address challenges and advocate for new products.
- Maintain weekly updates on customer stories, opportunities, and churn risks.
📋 Requirements
- Proven success in customer success or account management.
- Effectiveness in strategic account management.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience advocating for customers at executive level.
