  • Maintain weekly updates on customer stories, opportunities, and churn risks.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven success in customer success or account management.
  • Effectiveness in strategic account management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience advocating for customers at executive level.
