You'll own outbound prospecting for engineering organizations of 0โ€“1,500 employees, opening conversations with technical leaders and qualifying opportunities. This high-impact role offers a path to Account Executive and the chance to shape Factory's Mid-Market motion.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting into a defined territory of Mid-Market accounts.
  • Run multi-channel outbound sequences to earn responses from technical leaders.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and book discovery meetings.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in Salesforce and contribute to pipeline reviews.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“3 years of professional experience including 6+ months in an SDR/BDR/ADR role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding outbound quota
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for cold outreach to senior technical buyers
  • Comfortable with modern sales stack: Salesforce, MixMax, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Apollo, Clay

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into engineering, DevOps, or platform buyers
  • Background as a technical founder, computer science student, or hands-on developer
  • Exposure to Mid-Market or Enterprise sales cycles
