Description

You will drive the delivery of ambitious digital innovations, guiding production teams to define the future of digital interaction. You'll orchestrate complex, end-to-end productions—spanning immersive web experiences, AI-driven workflows, real-time game development, and AR/VR solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of high-level digital production experience, ideally as senior producer at a digital production company or agency
• Proven experience producing interactive campaigns using modern web technologies (WebGL, Three.js) and immersive applications (Unity, Unreal Engine)
• Experience with web-based AR (e.g., 8th Wall, Niantic) and understanding of 2D/3D asset pipelines
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their application to production workflows
• Strong financial acumen and mastery of project management software, especially Jira

Responsibilities

• Manage full production lifecycle of digital campaigns, from small activations to large-scale interactive websites and immersive experiences
• Own project financials: quote, budget, and establish realistic costs and timings for digital projects
• Act as central hub for communication between international offices, creative teams, and technical developers
• Use management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) to plan resources, track progress, and mitigate risks
• Oversee technical pipelines for web and app-based projects including WebGL, AR/VR, and AI integrations
