🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate referrals from assigned hospital and skilled nursing accounts
• Develop and grow book of accounts through networking and cold calls
• Educate families on senior care options and coordinate with advisors
• Leverage CRM tools to manage pipeline and track performance

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience
• Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry
• Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
