As an Investment Banking Summer Intern at GLC Advisors & Co., you will work on a variety of projects including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparing marketing materials. You'll collaborate with M&A execution teams and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student graduating Summer 2027
• Prior experience in corporate finance, accounting, investment banking, or related field
• Pursuing degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and work ethic

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses
• Prepare presentations, offering memorandums, and marketing materials
• Analyze historical financial statements and prospective financial information
• Conduct industry and company research
• Collaborate within M&A execution teams
