You'll manage technology projects in banking, performing dual roles as project manager and functional business analyst. You'll drive requirements elicitation and project delivery for key customer channels like Operations and Contact Centre. This role involves stakeholder management and regulatory initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Elicit and document business requirements with BU specialists
• Define project plan, schedule, and track progress with stakeholders
• Manage risks, issues, and change governance for the programme
• Translate requirements into test scenarios and validate traceability

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in banking or financial services
• Project management experience in technology projects for customer channels
• Retail banking domain knowledge (CASA, Loans, Contact Centre)
• Experience in industry regulatory projects like CTS Lite or EDP

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in process re-engineering for customer touchpoints
• Familiarity with change management processes
• Knowledge of Singapore Cheque clearing for SGD/USD
