You'll build and scale user acquisition and performance marketing from the ground up, driving business impact in a rapidly evolving industry. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute data-driven UA plans aligned with business goals.
• Manage and mentor UA managers, fostering a high-performing team.
• Oversee large budgets for media spend, tools, headcount, and creative.
• Design and execute marketing strategy across all channels.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of full-stack marketing and senior leadership experience.
• Proven success in growing products to large scale.
• Deep knowledge of gaming, MMO ecosystems.
• Experience with paid acquisition across multiple channels.
