Description

In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. You'll perform routine maintenance, respond to tenant requests, and work with senior engineers to ensure safe and efficient building operations.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience
• CFC certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Basic working knowledge of laptop/phone apps and Microsoft Outlook
• Familiarity with fire/life safety equipment and procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems
• Address service requests including hot/cold calls, plumbing, and lighting repairs
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate as needed
• Assist with preventive maintenance and contractor oversight
• Conduct property inspections and record equipment readings
