You'll lead school operations including meals, recess, arrival, dismissal, and safety at a Rocketship campus. You'll manage a team of Operations Specialists and partner with the Principal to ensure a consistent culture. This role combines logistics, compliance, and behavior management coaching to enable instructional staff to focus on teaching.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage logistics of arrival, lunch, recess, dismissal, and physical space.
• Coach Operations Specialists in behavior management techniques.
• Oversee food service operations and ensure compliance.
• Own procurement, purchasing, and facility maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, school-based preferred.
• Managerial experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, analytical environment.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and Google Suite.

✨ Nice to Have

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Previous teaching or school leadership experience.
• Experience with NWEA MAP and state tests.
