You'll support procurement managers in executing sourcing events and contracting activities for a large organization. You'll coordinate approval workflows and ensure compliance with policies. This role is based onsite in Las Vegas and involves using SAP Ariba and Jira.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support sourcing events including RFI, RFP, and competitive bids.
• Coordinate approval workflows with Procurement, Legal, and Finance.
• Route contracts for review and signature using CLM tools.
• Maintain procurement reports and dashboards on cycle times.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in procurement or contracting.
• Experience with SAP Ariba or similar CLM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Knowledge of Jira for work intake and tracking.
• Prior work with procurement compliance and governance.
