Description

You will design, build, and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions for enterprise clients, managing high-impact projects from proof of concept to full deployment. You'll provide deep technical expertise, shape architectural best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customers achieve maximum value from the platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Mastery in Python, Java, Node.js, APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based platforms
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms
• Strong ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Fluent in German (C1) and English

Responsibilities

• Drive complex projects from PoC to full implementation, ensuring scalable and high-performance solutions
• Provide cutting-edge technical solutions and shape architectural best practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business development and enhance product strategies
• Deliver technical training and workshops to empower customers and partners
• Develop precise technical documentation and resolve complex technical issues
