You'll supervise a crew of technicians performing hose testing services at customer sites along the Gulf Coast. You'll drive a hose testing rig and work on continuous improvement projects for lean, quality, and safety. This role requires extensive travel 50-75% of the year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise crew of 3 technicians performing hose testing services.
• Independently use and operate all required test equipment.
• Suggest improvements for hose testing services and processes.
• Travel extensively along the Gulf Coast region.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industrial shop experience.
• Ability to obtain TWIC and site-specific credentials.
• Proficient in product knowledge of hoses and fittings.

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

🚩 Heads Up

• Extensive travel 50-75% of the year.
• Non-climate controlled work environment.
• Physical demands: lift up to 70 lbs occasionally.
