You'll lead the channel partnership strategy and team at Zapier, owning revenue targets across Solution Partners, experimental motions, and hyperscalers. You'll drive the cross-functional execution that turns partner relationships into measurable business outcomes. This role is highly strategic and accountable for the end-to-end channel partnership function.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Set channel partnership strategy and own revenue targets.
  • Lead, develop, and coach the Channel Partnerships team.
  • Design and manage partner programs including tiering and incentives.
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR forecasting.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in channel partnerships or alliances.
  • Proven leadership managing teams from ICs to senior managers.
  • Experience owning partner-sourced revenue targets.
  • Ability to design channel program architecture (tiering, enablement).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI workflows and automation.
  • Background in services and consulting partner ecosystems.
