๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead the channel partnership strategy and team at Zapier, owning revenue targets across Solution Partners, experimental motions, and hyperscalers. You'll drive the cross-functional execution that turns partner relationships into measurable business outcomes. This role is highly strategic and accountable for the end-to-end channel partnership function.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Set channel partnership strategy and own revenue targets.
- Lead, develop, and coach the Channel Partnerships team.
- Design and manage partner programs including tiering and incentives.
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR forecasting.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in channel partnerships or alliances.
- Proven leadership managing teams from ICs to senior managers.
- Experience owning partner-sourced revenue targets.
- Ability to design channel program architecture (tiering, enablement).

- Experience with AI workflows and automation.
- Background in services and consulting partner ecosystems.
