💼 About This Role

You'll grow patient referrals by building relationships with healthcare providers in your territory. You'll drive direct impact on patient access to nutrition care through field engagement and partnership development. This role offers autonomy and uncapped variable compensation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Spend ~4 days per week meeting providers in the field within 1-hour radius
• Research, prospect, and identify new provider partners
• Build trust and convert leads into referral partners
• Foster long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff

📋 Requirements

• Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharma, medical device, or healthcare preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow a territory independently
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and quick learner of new systems
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
