You'll manage high-risk customer escalations for a renewable energy company using systems like Salesforce and Zuora. You'll protect the company from financial and reputational exposure while driving process improvements. Hybrid role in Chicago IL.

  • Own the escalations queue and delegate work
  • Direct end-to-end resolution for complex issues
  • Review and approve financial remedies and communications
  • Serve as senior point for commercial account escalations
  • Identify trends and share insights with leadership

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years customer support or related experience
  • Contact center customer support experience
  • Leadership experience managing direct reports
  • Salesforce or similar CRM proficiency

  • Utilities, renewable energy, or subscription billing experience
  • Zuora or similar billing platform familiarity
  • Process improvement initiative experience
