You will join a cross-functional team building tools, APIs and integrations for a global HR platform. Your work enables businesses to compliantly manage international teams, with significant impact on the product's growth and scalability.

Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals and track record of shipping production systems
• Practical experience with agentic/automation workflows
• Ability to think in systems: define specs, break down plans, instrument verification
• Experience with Postgres (or similar) and CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub or similar)
• Experience with Functional Programming languages like Elixir is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead development of major team-scoped projects and cross-team initiatives
• Participate in product work, provide feedback and suggest solutions
• Use technical insights to suggest product improvements
• Maintain understanding of team domain from product and engineering sides
• Mentor and provide guidance to other engineers
