💼 About This Role

You'll repair deep wheel damage, use a wheel repair machine, and paint/clear-coat wheels at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center. You'll ensure vehicles meet our standards before reaching customers. State-of-the-art tools and training programs are available for entry-level techs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair deep wheel damage using a wheel repair machine
• Paint and clear-coat wheels to factory standards
• Inspect wheels for defects and ensure quality
• Operate tools and equipment in a production environment

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of professional wheel/rim repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and age 18+
• Work in fast-paced, changing environment with mandatory overtime

• Experience with paintless dent repair
• Previous auto body experience
