Description

You will deliver consulting and implementation services for Kaseya's IT Complete Suite to MSP and SMB partners. Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process, you'll manage multiple projects, assess partner needs, and provide best practices to drive successful adoption. You'll collaborate with project management, product management, and support to ensure world-class service.

Requirements

• 3+ years applicable experience managing technology implementations using software tools
• 1+ years of MSP experience preferred
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, PSA and RMM software and markets
• Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory
• Proficient Microsoft Windows Server and patch management best-practice skills

Responsibilities

• Provide timely consulting and process integration services using Kaseya's IT Complete Suite (PSA, RMM, IT Glue, Security)
• Serve as primary point of contact for partners throughout the entire implementation process
• Manage multiple partner implementation projects while providing both high-level and detailed consulting
• Conduct partner needs assessments, explain product features and business relevance
• Provide best practices for device/system setup to prevent unnecessary support requests
